3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details

  2. Share product images if required

  3. Once approved, ship the product to our return address

  4. After quality inspection, refund or exchange will be processed

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we may provide store credit or refund.
